3. Set up your BarTrack inventory manager
Create cabinets, shelves, vans, etc., and easily add inventory items by scanning the wholesaler’s product barcode with the BarTrack app or searching for the item in our database.

4. Scan the item with the Exact app when taking it out
You'll even receive a notification if you're about to exceed the monitoring code you set in Exact.
5. Select the project for the materials in the app

6. Receive inventory updates and enable automatic reordering
Set minimum and maximum quantities for each inventory item to receive alerts when stock is running low. If automatic ordering is enabled, a fixed quantity will be ordered from your wholesaler whenever stock approaches the minimum level. Mark ordered items as received, and your inventory will be updated automatically.
