Why do I pay a start-up fee?
A good start is half the battle! At the start of the cooperation, each new wholesaler is linked to a fixed contact person within BarTrack , the PartnerManager. The PartnerManager supervises the BarTrack implementation and draws up an action plan together with the customer. This plan lays down all the actions necessary to present the wholesaler professionally to the ever-growing group of orderers. From BarTrack, the PartnerManager takes care of the implementation of this plan.

What all do I need to provide to connect my wholesaler to BarTrack?
Add your assortment to the BarTrack platform and you can get started right away. You can import all your items via a CSV file or synchronize them automatically (for Starter, Professional & Enterprise packages).

Can orderers see item prices in BarTrack?
BarTrack does nothing with prices. The wholesaler can choose to link the web store to BarTrack. After entering the order through BarTrack, the order taker receives an e-mail with a link to the wholesaler's web store. The link opens the wholesaler's Web store and places items in the shopping cart. The wholesaler displays prices as it normally does in the online store.

Can I print order stickers for my customers?
Yes, it's very simple. Log in to the BarTrack HuB. Select the items and print the barcodes.

Can my customer also print their own order stickers?
Yes! The customer can create an account for BarTrack and log in to BarTrack for Web. There, items can be selected to print barcodes for.

My customer wants to scan but not with a cell phone. What now?
That's not a problem. With BarTrack for Desktop, it is also possible to order with a barcode scanner. We support multiple types. The BarTrack for Desktop software is available for free download from the Microsoft or Apple Store.
