2. A HuB account will be created for you
After signing the standard agreements, we will create a HuB account for you. After logging into this account, you can import item information as a wholesaler, manage all your settings, add order takers and much more.
This hub account gives you control over all aspects of your ordering process, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. With this, we ensure that you as a wholesaler can take full advantage of all the benefits BarTrack offers.
3. Import or synchronize your item file
With a Free account, wholesalers can import up to 50,000 items into BarTrack. You can easily import articles using available CSV templates. It is also possible to synchronize your item files via 2BA or an API link. These options make it easy to get started quickly and manage your entire assortment in BarTrack. So you can immediately benefit from a more efficient ordering process and better inventory management with your customers.

Upgrade to BarTrack Enterprise to add and manage unlimited employees, order takers, and items. The upgraded version allows you to receive your orders in DICO 3.1 format. This solution makes it easy to efficiently and hassle-free manage customer inventories.
4. Link your ERP system to BarTrack
Wholesalers can easily link their ERP system to BarTrack. We support the DICO 3.1 standard (available soon) for an optimal customer experience. This connection ensures that orders are processed fully automatically, significantly increasing efficiency.
In addition to the standard connection, we offer several methods to integrate your system with BarTrack. It is also possible to realize a custom link using our API documentation. This allows you to seamlessly integrate BarTrack with your existing systems and processes, so that you can take full advantage of all functionalities and benefits.
5. Receive test orders for approval
After setting up the integration, we always go through thorough testing. We do this to ensure that all orders are received and processed cleanly. Testing is crucial to ensure that the order taker receives their order correctly and on time.
